Lierkang Inulin

Inulin, commonly known as chicory sugar, is a storage polysaccharide in plants with a degree of polymerization between 2 and 60, mainly derived from plants, with Jerusalem artichoke having a particularly high inulin content. Nutritionists call inulin the 'seventh major nutrient' and it’s recognized as one of the world's top three prebiotics. It’s a high-quality soluble dietary fiber and currently one of the more promising products for gut microbiota health.
